Students & Parents Guidelines
- Students should join class on time.
- Students must join via laptop/iPad/Tab and webcam must be on during the class
- Students should keep Notebook, Pen/Pencil.
- Student do not need to prepare anything extra for class, All the instructions and guidance will be share in the class.
- All classes are live classes so we don’t record and allow to record any classes due to GDPR policy & data privacy of students (if you find any class non compliant, please report incident on your group or +447391655083 or mail support@concept.study)
- Parents should inform team 1 day prior to cancel/reschedule any individual classes
- All group classes will charge monthy fee & any missing class/topic will cover in extra paid class on parents request.
- Company don’t count & charge for any cancel classes (on time) for individual classes else it will count and charged for individual & group classes
- Company don’t allow to exchange any contact details in direct or indirect way with teachers to maintain privacy of teachers, students & parents (As per GDPR policy)
- If you will not get any response from the team on time or you are not happy, please message/call Parent engagement manager on 07391655083, they will take care
- One of our core value is empathy with parents. We take the monthly fee in advance but sometimes parents don’t get bandwidth to pay in the middle of the week due to the busy schedule but we keep continuing the classes, we send final invoice and do all adjustment before completion of course or when parents ask to stop the classes
- Parents can request refund as per refund policy if they are discontinuing in middle of month due to any reasons.
