What does this mean?

STEM is a curriculum approach in educating students in four specific disciplines — science, technology, engineering and mathematics — in an interdisciplinary and applied approach based on real-world applications.

STEM.org evaluated our approach and programmes and certified them to have met the following standards:

1. Align to Science, Technology, Engineering, and/or Math standards
2. Support the development of student’s 21st Century Skills
3. Engage students through hands-on learning and collaboration

This accreditation serves as a standard for STEM programmes. This accreditation gives a sense of validity to our lesson experiences as our curriculum focuses on developing thinking and inquiry skills and soft skills, like communication, resilience and teamwork.
